Can I make a cancellation or change my booking?
This depends on the product you booked - please check the terms & conditions of your booking. In most cases you may change your booking once -which you can do online on Skyparking.com. Most products can'r be cancelled.

Do I make a reservation for a specific space in the carpark?
No, you are free to choose a emptyspace unless there are limited areas according to local signage - we guarantee there's an empty space for you!

How do I enter the car park?
Approaching the entrance gate you insert the access medium - credit or debit card - into the ticket slot or display the barcode to the reader. Assumed you arrive within your booked parking period (plus/minus a grace time of up to 2 hours - varying per airport) the barrier opens. Do not forget to take the card with you again! For some locations or products different procedures apply and will be displayed with your booking.

What happens if I stay longer than booked?
You will be charged the overtime according to the locally displayed tariffs at the exit gate on your credit or debit card inserted for authentication. You will get a receipt instantyl with this payment.

What con I do in case of a problem at the gate?
At every entry and exit gate there is an "assistance" button connecting you to our parking operations team which is available 24 hours at 7 days a week. Please describe your problem to our staff.

Do I have to draw a ticket?
No. According to the product you have to insert your credit/debit card or display your barcode. The required card is stated ihn your booking confirmation. In case you draw a ticket please leave the carpark immediately within the short grace time of a few minutes and enter again with the correct access medium.

Do I have to pay a the payment machine?
No. You can go directly to your car and drive to the exit. tghis does currently not apply for Baden-Airpark (FKB) where you have to pay at the parking office at P14.

What happens if the carpark sign shoes "occupied"?
Anyhow you can enter the carpark as described above we guarantee at least one empty space reserved for you.

What happens if I want to enter the car park earlier or later than booked?
There is an grace time to identify you as a pre-booking customer before and after your given entry/exit times. These period may vary. For Dusseldorf: TERMINAL area upt to 60 minutes before and after,  LANGZEIT area  up to  2 hours. In Stuttgart: up to 1 hour. In Berlin-Schönefeld up to 1 hour.

Leaving earlier, do I get a refund for pre-paid products?
No, you will get no refund.

Yes, you will get a receipt with your email booking confirmation or with payment at the exit.
